Was left without any heat or hot water on a cold January day, called British Gas as we have complete home cover with them, the earliest they had an appointment was 3 weeks away, was told if we could find a local gas registered engineer to do it quicker they would settle the account, found PMG EXPERTS from a Google search, called them, left message thinking that it will not hear from them again, within 10 minutes James called back and was on site within one hour, found problem, fitted new circulating pump and we had heat again 2 hours later, if you have a problem with your boiler then I would definitely call James.
